I wanted to have flowers delivered to my daughter who just had surgery at Kern Medical Center. I do not know the Bakersfield area so I did a Google search and House of Flowers had the best rating. They actually had pictures of the different flower combinations with the prices on their website. The Peaches + Herb display really caught my eye. I called around 10 in the morning and the gal on the phone was so very helpful and patient with me. The order included a card and she read back the message to me to confirm. The flowers were delivered within 3 hours. Amazing! Then, I received an email verifying the order and another email when the flowers were delivered. My daughter LOVED the bouquet. This was a totally professional and satisfying experience. I HIGHLY recommend them!
